Newcomer Phoebe Tonkin stars as Faye, a troublemaker with a thirst for power, in The CW’s new drama “The Secret Circle.”

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Tonkin is best known for her role in the enormously successful international Australian television series “H20: Just Add Water.” In 2010, Tonkin made her feature film debut in the box office hit “Tomorrow When the War Began,” based on the internationally best-selling book of the same name.

Tonkin was nominated in 2008 for an AFI Award for Best Lead Actress in a Television Drama for her role in “H20: Just Add Water.”
